Why does the use of our dough produce no waste?

In our Pizza Lab we created a sandwich with one of the dough balls we had left over. We topped this delicious sandwich with fresh woodsmoked salmon, capers, red onion rings, tarragon mayonnaise, lime and mixed salad leaves.
Besides the salmon sandwich, we used the leftovers to create delicious bread sticks covered in a mix of fresh herbs.
