The perfect pizza starts with the right base. The base for this is our outstanding dough which is produced according to a authentic recipe. All our frozen dough is made from 100% natural ingredients, 100% GMO-free and contains no trans fats.
Besides the excellent quality our pizza dough gives other benefits:

Italian and Piazzola
Our standard product range contains two different types of dough:
Piazzola dough – this dough is prepared with special flower that results in a stronger proving process and a full flavour. This means Piazzola dough is extremely suitable for making the ‘American Style’ pizza.
Italian dough – this dough is made with a particular type of olive oil that produces the perfect taste and crispiness for an ‘Authentic Italian’ pizza.
