In this edition, our production manager Michael Lippens lifts a corner of the veil on his team, production.

The production team makes sure the production runs smoothly and efficiently. Their priority is to make sure the environment they work in is food safe. For six days every week, we work on taking both each other and the company to the next level. Ultimately, we want to become an indispensable link for anyone who wants to work with our products.

Our department has expanded from 18 to 28 people over the past year. And I’m incredibly proud of our team! Not just of the team as a whole, but also of the individual members who all try to make a difference in their own way. The level of knowledge and experience of the production team are the result of their love for pizza and the bakery trade. I am sure that, with the knowledge we presently have in our team, we can continue to advance in the (pizza) market for many years to come.

Our team is incredibly strong and connected: the guys and girls in our team really “click” with the pizza as a product and, of course, with its indispensable dough base in particular.

Love begins with the (pizza) base. The one we have our hands on every day!
