LONGER SHELF LIFE; Frozen dough has a 6-month shelf life in the freezer and 4 days after thawing. Fresh dough, on the other hand, has a shelf life of 7 days. This means you can adjust your supply frequency to anywhere between 1x per week to 1x per 6 months.
