FROM THE PIZZA BUSINESS. As dough experts, we are keen to be at the forefront of dough development at all times. This goal led to the creation of our latest new product: a dough ball that can be used to create a delicious doner sandwich.
The doner sandwich Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough ball to an oval shape. Let the dough rise in a warm spot in the kitchen for about two hours. Then bake for around 8 minutes at 200 C°, preferably in a steam oven.
THE RESULT? A delicious, crispy, airy flatbread that you can fill with anything you like, especially kebab meat, of course!
