The Canals of Amsterdam
It goes without saying that you cannot leave out the canals of Amsterdam when discussing Amsterdam’s tourism hotspots. The Prinsengracht, the Herengracht and the Keizersgracht, you can see all three during a boat tour. All the canals in Amsterdam have a total length of more than 100 kilometres! An incredible experience that you simply can’t miss.
The Vondelpark is one of the crown jewels of Amsterdam. An average of 10 million people visit the park each year. That is approximately 21 visitors per square metre. For comparison’s, Central Park in New York has approximately 5 visitors per square metre every year!
