And the winner for 2017 is: Daniele Bocardi of Zero Degrees! Daniele surprised everyone with the unique “Fennel Sausage and Pumpkin Pizza”!

– made with local fennel sausage, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, Gorgonzola, porcini mushrooms and, of course, pumpkin.

Last year, we decided to give the UK’s best pizza chefs a bit of a challenge. The result? Hundreds of chefs used our dough. A dough that was especially developed for the market and this region.
