The inspiration for our American Piazzola dough comes straight from New York. Makes sense: this urban jungle on the east coast of the United States is the birthplace of American-style pizza: a smooth, richly flavoured base, surrounded by a rich, airy crust. Like our Italian Piazzola dough, our American Piazzola dough only contains ingredients that are 100% natural and GMO-free. And we also don’t believe in using trans fats. Our frozen fresh dough is available from virtually all wholesalers in the Benelux and beyond.

We only select the best ingredients for our frozen fresh pizza dough. 100% natural, 100% GMO-free and without trans fats. Even our American-style pizza dough? Absolutely. Flour, water, salt, yeast, soybean oil and sugar – we need no more than the six magical ingredients to create a New York-worthy pizza experience. The structure of the bread not only makes the pizza slices easy to fold, but also retains heat. So pizzas with an American dough base are ultimately suited for home delivery.
