Makes sense: this urban jungle on the east coast of the United States is the birthplace of American-style pizza: a smooth, richly flavoured base, surrounded by a rich, airy crust. Like our Italian Piazzola dough, our American Piazzola dough only contains ingredients that are 100% natural and GMO-free. And we also don’t believe in using trans fats. Our frozen fresh dough is available from virtually all wholesalers in the Benelux and beyond.
